What this calculator measures

Response speed

How long a new lead waits for the first reply. Slow first replies are the most common leak.

Contact rate

How many leads you actually reach. Driven by attempts, channels and consistency.

Booking rate

How many contacted leads book a consultation, trial or intro session.

Member conversion

How many booked leads become paying members after the appointment.

What to fix first

The calculator checks your funnel in one order, because each stage depends on the one before it. If replies are slow, nothing downstream can be measured fairly. Once the first reply is immediate, the next question is how many leads you reach at all, then how many book, then how many join.

  1. 1. Response time — first reply of 15 minutes or less.
  2. 2. Contact rate — working target of 70% or higher.
  3. 3. Booking rate — working target of 30% or higher.
  4. 4. Member conversion — working target of 30% or higher.

These are VaultFlow working targets for prioritization, not universal industry benchmarks. Fix one stage, measure it, then move to the next.
