Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

L.M Marketing & AutoMation, trading as VaultFlow, is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. We decide why and how your data is processed. Contact: liorking14@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect and why

• Account data (email address, login credentials, account identifier) — to create and secure your account and give you access to the products you bought. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Purchase and entitlement data (products owned, plan, order reference, refund status) — to deliver the product and manage access. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Support and request messages (name, email, the content of custom automation or strategy requests you send us) — to answer you and deliver the requested work. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
• Usage and telemetry data (pages viewed, features used, saved favourites, device and browser type, IP address, approximate location) — to keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing communications (email address, if you opt in) — to send product updates and offers. Legal basis: consent; you can withdraw it at any time.

Payment card details are never collected or stored by us. They are handled directly by Gumroad, our checkout provider.

3. Who we share data with

• Checkout provider — Gumroad, for the sale of our products, order management, payments, invoicing and refunds.
• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database and authentication infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, and support tooling, acting on our instructions.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where needed.
• Authorities — where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the EEA, the UK and the United States. Where such transfers occur we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

We keep account and entitlement data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years afterwards where needed for tax and accounting records. Support messages are kept for up to 3 years, and usage logs for up to 24 months. Data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority; in the EEA/UK, your supervisory authority). 7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, row-level access controls on our database, role-based administrative access, and hashed credentials managed by our authentication provider.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and secure the checkout — these are required for the site to work. We may also use limited analytics storage to understand how the site is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies will break login and checkout.

We may update this notice. The latest version is always published on this page with its update date.
